Problem

Despite having the ability to install Amazon Q on VSCode for the web, you cannot login.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open https://vscode.dev.

Install Amazon Q.

Try logging in. The button does nothing.

Expected behavior

Login prompt.

System details (run AWS: About and/or Amazon Q: About)

  • OS: Web
  • Visual Studio Code version: 1.95.0
  • AWS Toolkit version:
  • Amazon Q version: 1.36.0

Web is not supported yet, though we're working on it. #2205
