In the documentation, there is a section for Lambda under "Getting started" on the lefthand sidebar, but not under "Setup" where all the other compute platforms are. We should add Lambda under setup as well.

We should be able to reuse a lot of the steps in the technical blog post I wrote (but generalized to any language layer).
