Describe the content issue:
Hi team! I follow the instruction in this Doc: https://docs.amplify.aws/react/build-a-backend/data/subscribe-data/ to see whether I can get event from model creation, and I cannot receive any event. If I wrap it in useEffect like this: aws-amplify/amplify-js#8755, the problem will be solved.

I wonder whether I've missed anything, if not, should someone update the doc.
