Description

Follow-up to #627 - the fix linked to that issue did not actually resolve the issue, as it only checks for domain being null rather than undefined.

Reproduction

Use Auth0 lock widget against client with only single AD connection

Doesn't matter if enterpriseActiveLoginInstructions is overridden not to include domain variable for transform, as the i18n.html call simply appends undefined onto the message.
