Describe the bug

Adding an Image for group is required

Steps to reproduce

First I Contacts
Then I Groups
And then 'Create New Group'
Try to Create without adding an Image

Expected behavior

Have it be an optional field; put an "empty" placeholder instead (like we do for atSign with no image)
