Hover and Hyperclick not working for libraries if specifying python executable with $PIPENV_PATH #493

When I specify the python executable using "/home/sven/Envs/servicedb/bin/python3", it works fine.
When I specify it (as suggested in the help text) using "$PIPENV_PATH/bin/python3", it doesn't work for library imports.
