how can I prevent build/service-worker.js from being generated. I don't want any caching. please help, urgent

hello I am new to this but I am using "customize-cra": "1.0.0"

I am seeing that on production builds there is an unwanted file that is being auto generated:

How can I stop this from being generated, or at very least disable the service workers
