Officially supported Docker images

Thanks for the awesome tool!

I would like to use mvnd Docker image instead of https://hub.docker.com/_/maven for building/testing my projects in the CI/CD pipelines.
There is an existing project that seems to be abandoned, and I was wondering if providing an official Docker image is part of your plans.

I don't think there are plans...
I can fork the project inside https://github.com/mvndaemon if someone if willing to provide PRs to it.

We can point at that image and consider it the ASF official supported image, I don't see any problem in doing so.
We'd need to provide some scripts to update the image easily so that it could be included in mvnd release process.

@gnodet please create this repository and I will try to do the the initial PR. I'm not a DevOps expert, so I will be glad if we have person that will check for any security issue or suboptimal concepts in the Dockerfile
