Can we get SOCKS5 proxy support back?

I noticed SOCKS5 proxy support got removed, and honestly, it’d be super helpful to have it back. A lot of us rely on proxies to handle torrent traffic without needing a full VPN, and SOCKS5 is kind of the standard for this. Plus, it’s lighter than rerouting everything through a VPN.

Reasons to consider bringing it back:

• Helps with IP masking for torrents specifically, without rerouting all my traffic.
• Other clients still support SOCKS5, so it’d be nice to have it here too.
• Useful for anyone on a server or VPS who doesn’t want or can’t use a full VPN. Xbox don't support VPN too

I know there might’ve been maintenance reasons for removing it, but even a basic version would be great. If it’s possible to make it an optional feature or plugin, that’d work too.
