How OSX compatible do we want things? If it's just the scripting itself, and not needing Oz & ImageFactory to also run on OSX, then it might be workable (subject to other dependencies).

If we need the whole stack working on OSX, then we'll need some way to get ImageFactory and friends to work on OSX. Whether by extending Oz to work on OSX somehow (use VirtualBox maybe) or perhaps adding support for alternative image building systems (Vagrant?).

No real discussion around this has taken place yet AFAIK.

I'd love to see the option to point at a remote imagefactory/Oz setup so we can get the main conductor app usable on OSX.
