On .mkv only the first audio and subtitles stream is kept #6

When trying to run AC3-Killer on a .mkv file with multiple audio or subtitle streams, only the first ones are kept in the resulting file. Anything that can be done about this? Thanks

Same problem here. I would add that the percentage is changing very weirdly: It starts to count in minus, then it finishes at minus a few tousand.
(Windows 8.1 64-bit)
