麻烦支持一下shadowsocks-libev

我知道shadowsocks-libev默认只能使用单用户，但是允许用户多开几个ss-server实例来实现多用户（我现在就是每个用户一个实例，因为shadowsocks-libev的效率实在太高）。请求支持

上午测试了一下，shadowsocks-libev 号称 manager API，实际使用 ss-manager 跑起来之后，add remove 等命令无法识别，shadowsocks-libev 也没有自己的管理 api 文档 🚗

  usage:

    ss-manager

       -s <server_host>           Host name or IP address of your remote server.
       -p <server_port>           Port number of your remote server.
       -l <local_port>            Port number of your local server.
       -k <password>              Password of your remote server.
       -m <encrypt_method>        Encrypt method: table, rc4, rc4-md5,
                                  aes-128-cfb, aes-192-cfb, aes-256-cfb,
                                  aes-128-ctr, aes-192-ctr, aes-256-ctr,
                                  bf-cfb, camellia-128-cfb, camellia-192-cfb,
                                  camellia-256-cfb, cast5-cfb, des-cfb,

                                  chacha20.
                                  The default cipher is rc4-md5.

       [-a <user>]                Run as another user.
       [-f <pid_file>]            The file path to store pid.

       [--executable <path>]      Path to the executable of ss-server.

       [--mptcp]                  Enable Multipath TCP on MPTCP Kernel.
