Slayer does not promote scarlet woman if there is one in play - it will always end the game

The character text of Scarlet Woman is: "If there are 5 or more players alive & the Demon dies, you become the Demon. (Travellers don't count)". If 7 players are alive, the game ends even if Scarlet Woman is in play.
