Search bar overflows to the right on mobile

Describe the issue

Using french, and probably in other languages and several small screen devices as well, the search bar category can overflow to the right on string pages, which breaks the UI a little bit (see screenshot) as it pushes the actual search bar text box outside the visible interface - and it's also very small.

I already tried

• I've read and searched the documentation.
• I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Use french Weblate
2. open any string translation page
3. in the search bar select "Chaînes traduites avec des vérifications de qualité ignorées"

Expected behavior

Whatever the lenght of the category you're searching in, the text-box should always be visible and big enough for the user to type and see what they do type.
The search box should also probably not push right the boundaries of the interface.
