If I click on the menu while on this page (http://activity.openstack.org/dash/browser/project.html?project=integrated), I get an empty "OpenStack Community" left navbar.

The "error" there is we don't have subsections for subprojects. What if we add a text to explain this an a link on top to got to the main menu?

That would work: at least it makes it clear that it's not a mistake
