VREvent_TouchPadMove events are no longer being received? #1870

It appears that VREvent_TouchPadMove type events are no longer being received by VRSystem::PollNextEvent().

This is occurring with the latest OpenVR and Steamworks, with both Vive and Index controllers. Other event types seem to work as expected.
