Since https://gitlab.com/rsc-surf-nl/plugins/plugin-co/-/commit/9ca9e6a34ffabc5a0a4987b7891711ff4029332f the External Plugin performs a curl request to the user API endpoint. The image definition currently mocks this by setting github.com as API endpoint: https://github.com/UtrechtUniversity/SRC-test-workspace/blob/main/ubuntu/src-ubuntu.pkr.hcl#L46

This is not very nice and needs to be addressed. Either:
a) the task needs to become skippable (add Ansible tag) b) we should provide a mock http server during the build workflow
