ShellUtils函数checkRootPermission判断root权限 #17

如果执行了checkRootPermission判断是否是root才执行业务逻辑但是下面再执行以su运行的命令。就会很容易导致命令执行失败。

那就直接 executeCommand()，su 参数设置为 true
