Execute database cleanup commands from #191 and #204

This tasks should be re-executed in a few weeks to make sure nobody is using the old WD client anymore. To assert this, the count queries in #191 and #204 should return 0.

The manual cleanup tasks have to be run on an ongoing basis, as there still seem to be people using old WD versions :(

This has been dealt with for now, but #191 and #204 need to be occassionally checked for as long as we have people still using the WD legacy versions.
