keyboard does not function in neural interface in some cases

I get no key events passed in game when using the keyboard in the neural interface, also if you try to use a startup script and try to work with your installed modules it will always complain a module has changed while the keyboard is inserted.

edit: It seems to sometimes work and sometimes not its really finicky. not sure why
perhaps it has something to do with holding shift and clicking putting it into the module slot like that
