"This License is to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.."

Remove second period at the end of the sentence (found at section 7. iv.):

"This License is to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles."
