IconTabBar: Tab list label name text gets cut off when text spacing is applied

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Apply Text Spacing

What is the expected result?
Ensure that Confirm OK Text is not being chopped

What happens instead?
The text on the tab gets chopped after applying the Text Spacing
