Use another routing engine by default #79

It would be nice if the application didn't use Google's routing provider as the default one because:

Software freedom
Tracking
Google's routing engine uses different maps so the routes might conflict with the underlying map

The reason I used Google Maps at the time is because the other ones were not great on mobile but I guess the situation has improved since.

Also, I see there is now https://www.openstreetmap.org/directions, so maybe we could use that as default.
