Different slideshow for different screens

Be able to ID specific screens or group of screens and assign a specific slideshow to them.

Possible, but we need to decide how to manage slide size vs screen size, per issue #13. I'm thinking that when a slide is uploaded, it starts off unlisted on any screen, then allow the user to add it to the screen(s) they want. This would also make issue #10 irrelevant. This would also make sharing a slide among several screens easy, without adding a huge storage overhead.
