Guide for Checkpoint & Restore

Consider a(n early release) guide for checkpoint and restore capability.

If I'm understanding this correctly and we did want to do a guide for beta functionality, we'd probably want to a "BETA" badge for the guide (both card and top of guide). If so, this would be work for the site team (though pretty small).

InstantOn requires Ubantu 22 with kernel 5.9+ or RHEL 8.6+. Currently only work on AWS based on the blog.

Verifying the following platforms to build and run InstantOn image:

• Mac - not support
• Ubantu 22 with kernel 5.9+ VM
  • successfully build and run
• RHEL 8.6+ VM
  • successfully build and run
• WSL 2 with Ubantu 22.0.4 on Windows
  • successfully build and run
• SNL - tried followings and not work because of the above requirement
  • IDE to build
  • tools to run
    • docker
    • kube
    • CodeEngine
    • OpenShift
