Complete all sections as same as guide-liberty-deep-dive

Because the LGP limitation, this guide is not as same as the guide-liberty-deep-dive. When LGP is fixed, update this guide.

• README
  • update MP 6.0 to 6.1
  • make sure the content are same except some differences
  • end-to-end has no problem
  • fix some bottom sections that may not be fully impletemented
  • add the missing sections
• create the inventory.zip from the Liberty starter and update the inventory.zip file
• update the build.gradle files
  • io.openliberty.tools.gradle.Liberty to 3.8.3
  • sourceCompatibility and targetCompatibility to 17
  • microprofile to 6.1
  • postgresql to 42.7.3
• Dockerfile files to full-java17-openj9-ubi

• add the missing content in the Developing the application in a container section(see https://openliberty.io/guides/liberty-deep-dive.html#developing-the-application-in-a-container)
• make the Testing the microservice with Testcontainers section work
