  • This will first require using a maths package like Sympy to parse the inline maths and factor out the conductance from the current equations.
  • Then it will be a matter of grouping channels by common ion permeability
    • Create a ion-pool component for each ion type
    • Link up the ports of each ion-channel component to its corresponding ion-pool
