Objective

Implement LED ring animation on volume change, similar to Mycroft/Dinkum.

Initial Implementation Requirements

  • On volume change, scale percent volume to a number of LEDs and light that many in the theme color
  • Keep volume displayed for some period of time before returning to persistent state

Other Considerations

Should this interrupt offline notifications and other persistent state animations?
