I ran a 2D ensemble in NOCOMOP mode, and it seems like the fates_turnover_leaf didn't have an effect on the output. I double checked the parameter files etc and they seems to be reading in the right values. The 2D ensemble with SLA looks like this. Plot is delta LAI from the default, year 29. The plot labels are the parameter multipliers.

Looking at the code where leaf_long (what this turns into) is used in a sensible way, but I guess I am wondering if there is another way this parameter can be fed into PARTEH and whether I am barking up the wrong tree trying to perturb it?

Oh, my bad. It is just a really small effect. Still, it is weirdly small. Will investigate further, but consider this issue nullified.
