dockerhub: repo 'owner' can't see organization for automated build #3

@serbinsh in trying to setup an automated build can not see the 'ngeetropics' organization even though he is on the 'owner' team.

@serbinsh can you try the suggested steps noted on this forum post? In particular, I'm curious if the final step shows you having a green checkmark next to ngeet:

On the Authorize Application page make sure that all of the organizations you need access to have a green check mark - Otherwise click the Request Access button.
