Requirements:

Add a Jupyter Notebook and a Python File by creating a separate Folder for the Project.
Properly document the Code in progress in the form of Comments and Markdown if applicable.
A small README is appreciated, for the project which should be added in the Folder Itself.

Take a look at the Dataset in the README file and get started!
