Proposal

We would like the Add-VSTeamAzureRMServiceEndpoint to support the alternate cloud environments that are available:
AzureChinaCloud
AzureUSGovernment
AzureGermanCloud
AzureStack (requires passing in a management endpoint url specific to that environment)

Solved Problem

This would allow us to provision New Projects to include AzureRM Service connections as well as items that have a dependency on the service connection - such as VariableGroups that point to an Azure KeyVault.
