Dear MR Base Online Platform Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am experiencing an issue while using your platform for MR analysis. The extraction of exposure and outcome instruments works perfectly fine, but every time I proceed to perform MR analysis and sensitivity analysis, the system disconnects from the server. I then have to re-enter the webpage and start over. This has been happening consistently over the past few days.
Could you please advise if there is a solution to this problem? I greatly appreciate your assistance.
