With ACME, this provides automatic certificate renewal.

https://github.com/PalmStoneGames/kube-cert-manager might make this a whole lot easier.

Oops, a year has passed. So for 2018, manually renew the certificates with Gandi.

I just provisioned some LetsEncrypt certificates as part of #717. It wasn't too bad to do by hand. We should get some kind of automation involved here but the manual certbot invocation may be tolerable next time this comes around.
