In Add Answer Placeholder text field no scroll bar, you can't see text on the bottom.

Probably, vertical scroll bar as well as horizontal scroll bar with no line wrap required, since it's important to see where the line ends.

In the picture above the editor cursor is outside of the visible area, at the end of the text.

Hi @niyaznigmatullin, I've filed a new feature request in our tracker for this: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/EDU-5190/.
