What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?
Re-opening a project and continuing to work on texturing.
What happens instead?
When I re-open a project that I had a part textured before, that part turns invisible. Blockbench regards the texture as being invisible, and even though it shows the texture in the list of textures correctly, even if I edit it seperately in blockbench, the entire texture is just gone. Luckily, it doesn't immediately save this, so I still have the original texture in my files, but no matter what I do, remove the texture and re-add it, Blockbench still considers it transparent, even though if I open it in any other program, the texture is still there. Weirder yet, if I copy and paste a copy of the texture and import that into Blockbench, it suddenly does work. But if I re-open the project again, that texture too, turns invisible, as well as the original one still being regarded as invisible.
This doesn't happen for every project I have, and in particular, I use an Animated Java Blueprint, but all my other blueprints don't have this issue. Still, the problem could be due to AJ.
I do remember this happened to me a while back as well, but I have no idea how it was resolved back then.

4.11.2
