Half pixel issue

Describe the bug
Half pixels added in 2.3 make the T,I, L and K letters blurry at 9px font size

Expected behavior
Letters being consistent at 9px size

Additional context
Used this font for a few months at 9px and after installing the newest version to a new machine I noticed some letters being a bit blurry which hasn't been the case before version 2.3, making me think it has to do with the half pixels.

can confirm - this also makes the font look terrible in terminals. it was fine before 2.3
