Move datasets/collections: Add links to the dataset and collections in the alert message

Overview of the Feature Request
When moving datasets/collections from the Dashboard,
Have links to the moved dataset or collection and the target collection in the alert messages.

Example with success message dashboard.card.datamove.message.success (should also be applied to dashboard.card.datamove.message.failure.details and maybe other messages I forgot) :
