This a just minor stylistic issue relating to consistency across 9ML.

I am not sure if you guys picked up on this in the spec, but in order to match exactly the format employed by NeuroML the "name" of Unit elements is specified by the 'symbol' attribute. However, since every other element in 9ML uses the 'name' attribute to refer to the "name" of the element I have been thinking that this could be quite confusing. Therefore, although it would break complete compatibility with NeuroML (although of course it would be a trivial conversion) I was thinking it probably would be a good idea to change it to 'name' instead'.

Perhaps the NeuroML guys could be convinced to switch it also in order to maintain complete compatibility between NeuroML and 9ML units.
