描述 | Description

更新 mod_data.txt 到最新的mcmod状态

原因 | Reason

过久没有更新已经导致不少模组无法显示其中文名称/链接，建议对列表进行更新

如果可行，建议以更高的频率（每次启动器更新）更新这个列表，就像pcl2一样
