Pressing cmd+Q shuts down the app ungracefully on macOS, meaning that:

configuration changes won't be saved across different runs of the app
Confirm quitting the app during an ongoing analysis #652 isn't supported

This issue is due to an upstream bug of iced that doesn't correctly intercept such keyboard shortcut on macOS (see iced-rs/iced#1941).
