It seems that there is no way to configure the timeout for the initial connection. Currently, if I attempt to create a source to a bad URL, it takes around 75 seconds to receive an ETIMEDOUT event which I assume is an OS default socket timeout. We have a need to abort connection earlier than this, and I was wondering if this would be a worthwhile feature or if there are any known workarounds.
