Expand destination selection for 'show logs'

Summary

Hi! :)
We would like to request more possibilities when it comes to Show logs option.

Currently we can either create a new notebook by clicking on New notebook or select existing one from the drop down menu.

Feature Suggestion

It would be nice to have additional option such as log explorer or its 3rd gen alternative when its available in the 3rd gen.

We would like to have more option to explore logs, such as log explorer from 2nd gen.
