Side zone to have always available the Entry form

The entry is the main functionality, maybe it's a good idea have a side to have always available this form. The dashboard earn more usability with the project list and the entry form in the side zone.

The side with Entry form will be fixed and always available for the users, with the exception of user profile zone and other site like this.

What do you think?

I think @dkhgh and I have prototyped something like this before, I believe it was a button that would expand the form from the menu. Not sure why we didn't go through with it then.
