MyND: My Neuro Detector

My Neuro Detector (MyND) is a project that attempts to characterize focus and predict distraction states through scalp EEG.

Project Versions

  • V2.0.1 : Added marker bounds for calibration period.
  • V2.0.0 : Reorganized data analysis pipeline. Updated calibration period strings and meme frequency. Short experiment is now similar length as long.
  • V1.0.0 : Updated distractor, added memorization aid, and implemented 3 experiment sections. Usable Markers implemented.
  • V0.1.2 : Includes Psychopy, Calibration, OpenBCI, and EyeTracker
  • V0.1.1 : Includes Psychopy, OpenBCI, and EyeTracker

  • 03 notebooks: Focus Modeling

Usage

  • PsychoPy + OpenBCI Recording
    • python3 recordEEG.py
    • python3 PsychoRun.py
    • Run LabRecorder
    • Select the EEG and Markers stream to record. Edit the save-as file name or change the filename later as desired.
  • Eye tracker
    • python3 eyeTrackerSocket_Server.py
    • node app.js
    • go to localhost:3000/index.html
