Currently, the script in 'examples/setup_kubecon_demo.sh' setups everything from scratch assuming no existing configuration on vManage (i.e. fresh install). This conflicts with vManage deployments that might have some config but not all. Ideally the script should check for existing configuration and just create/edit missing config.
