Vcmax25 assigned to same constant value every iteration #763

When update_photosynthesis is ran with a FarquharModel, the auxiliary variable Vcmax25 is set to the value of the Farquhar Model's parameter Vcmax25 . This assignment happens every iteration, even though the Farquhar Model's parameter Vcmax25 does not change.

This is done to support Vcmax25 in Optimality Photosynthesis
