The prescribed dust and sea salt have four different size bins, but currently we only use the smallest size for radiation. We should extend it to include all sizes.

Instead of doing this, we will change RRTMGP to allow different aerosols.

We need to extend RRTMGP to allow multiple sizes of dust and sea salt aerosols.
