Goals:

Refactor daq class to separate concerns and create a less monolithic implementation.
- Encapsulate tasks, channels etc.
- Improve waveform plotting.
Refactor how tasks are defined in the yaml file.
- Consider a setup that emphasizes the relationship between daq tasks and the devices they control.
