[PE-D][Tester C] Mail feature allows me to mail to invalid emails

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a user with a very long email
2. execute mail command

Outcome:
Allows me to mail to invalid emails

Expected outcome:
Should not allow me to mail to invalid emails as this could cause inconveniences as important emails could be sent to invalid emails

Suggestion:
maybe you guys could have more in-depth checks on the validity of emails as this mail feature seems like an important feature to your application :)
